Using this platform to submit false information, make threats, harass others, or post abusive, discriminatory, or offensive content is a criminal offence under Australian law, including the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) and applicable Victorian legislation.

Anonymity in the SU platform is important but is not absolute. Where this platform is exploited or where there is a serious concern, the school can take steps to identify users. Matters causing harm may be investigated and referred to police, with potential legal consequences.
